    Salt Lake City-based Strider Technologies is a strategic intelligence provider that is working to revolutionize the protecting style of government agencies, companies, and research institutions that will help them in innovating work and also aid them to compete in this new era where global strategic competition is at its peak.  

    The company was led by Greg Levesque in California but also has operations in London and Washington D.C. It has intelligence solutions and trailblazing technology that enables its customers and clients to dynamically identify, control, and respond to any supply chain vulnerability or IP threat, directed by the national or state company.

    Series B Round’s Details

    The proprietary data provider, Strider Technologies has announced that it has closed the Series B round with $45 million in funding. This made the total raised amount in funding since Strider’s inception in 2019 $57 million. 

    The round was led by Valor Equity Partners, which is a private venture capital and operational growth investment firm based in Illinois, United States. 

    Existing investors of Strider Technologies which are DataTribe, One9 Ventures, and Koch Disruptive Technologies also add their support. 

    The Chief Technology Officer of Valor Equity Partners, Costa Saab has joined the Board of Directors of Striders Technologies. 

    The co-founder and CEO of Strider, Greg Levesque said that the company is on a critical mission, since day one of its existence and this is shown by the growth and the focused nature of the company on delivering software and data to three customers that helps and empowers them to safeguard their talent, supply chains, and intellectual property. 

    The company said that this investment has arrived at a time of swift growth for the company as in 2021, the annual recurring rate has increased by more than 450% with a retention rate of 100% for the customers. The main reason for the company’s revenue growth was the premiere Fortune 500 companies across the pharmaceuticals, aerospace and defense, semiconductors, and energy & chemical firms along with the contracts with governmental agencies. 

    Costa Saab, the chief technology officer of Valor Equity Partners, who joined the board of directors on Strider Technologies said that Strider is the very first company that arms its clients and customers with strategic intelligence to fill the gap of critical security which has been exploited on a continuous base by the nation-state actors for decades. 

    The company provides groundbreaking and critical solutions for every organization in this extremely complex and competitive international marketplace. 

    The co-founder of DataTribe, Mike Janke said that the technology provided by Strider is one of a kind that enables the organizations to tackle the expanding nation-state-sponsored challenge of economic espionage.

    With Series B’s $45 million funds, Strider Technologies announced to enhance their existing products in a new and innovative manner by introducing new capabilities. They also want to expand their reach beyond the boundaries to support the demand across the government markets and private industries. 

    Strider is also looking to hire new talent of intelligence specialists, data scientists, professional and operational support staff, and software engineers.
